Tyler grew up in Walla Walla attending Prospect Point Elementary, Garrison Middle School, and Walla Walla High School, graduating in 2007. He went on to attend Eastern Washington University and graduated in 2012 with his Bachelor's of Exercise Science. He became a Physical Therapist Assistant after graduating from the Spokane Falls Community College in 2015. Tyler then went on to receive his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2019 from the University of Findlay, Ohio through a PTA to DPT bridge program. He has ten years of clinical experience.

He moved back to Walla Walla and is very excited to treat patients in his home town and give back to the community he was raised in. Tyler recently completed his OCS and became board certified as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. His treatment philosophy is centered around manual therapy, post operative rehab, musculoskeletal dysfunctions, neuromuscular rehabilitation, pain neuroscience education, and sport specific rehabilitation. He has goals to obtain his SCS (sports clinical specialist certification). 
 
In his free time he enjoys playing basketball, crossfit, weight lifting, endurance training, and golfing. He has two dogs and three cats at home and enjoys spending free time with his wife, exploring the outdoors and camping. He is the C team coach for Walla Walla High School boys basketball.
