Physical Therapist - Full Time 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

1. Conduct thorough initial assessments to diagnose patients' physical conditions, limitations, and goals.

 

2. Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, medical history, and patient objectives.

 

3. Administer a variety of physical therapy techniques, exercises, and modalities to promote pain relief, restore mobility, and improve function.

 

4. Educate patients and their families on proper home exercise programs, self-care techniques, and injury prevention strategies.

 

5. Continuously evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

 

6. Maintain accurate and timely patient records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, in compliance with regulatory standards.

 

7. Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and physical therapy assistants, to ensure comprehensive patient care.

 

8. Adhere to clinic policies, procedures, and quality assurance standards to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.

 

9. Stay current with advancements in physical therapy techniques, research, and technologies through ongoing education and training.

 

Qualifications:

  • State licensure as a Physical Therapist in Washington State.

  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
